Imperialism’s rise in the 20th century had a progressive component to it. For the oppressing nations to exploit the oppressed nations it was forced to build infrastructure (primarily for the purposes of looting and shipping the countries natural resources and wealth to the exploiting nation).
With the building of infrastructure projects the disparate peasantry was drawn into the ranks of the proletariat and effused with a national consciousness and intelligentsia capable of beginning to organise itself into the ranks of the world proletariat.
Imperialism has moved beyond this point: it no longer wishes for any development to be done.
At all.
Who can recall Obama telling Africans that they can’t have refrigerators or cars because the “planet will boil over”. The entire NGO apparatus strategy of the United States in Asia is “don’t develop otherwise you’ll hurt the environment”. In that endevour the United States is propping up parties in Laos.
It is this background, Western Imperialim’s cult of death, that the UN has authorised a new mission in Haiti.
There have been many UN missions to Haiti. So many in fact they have an acronym. The United Nations Stabilisation Mission in Haiti (French: Mission des Nations Unies pour la stabilisation en Haïti), also known as MINUSTAH.
Looking at MINUSTAH’s recent interventions in Haiti, how can we expect this one to go?
Haitians As Labrats For BioWeapons And Pharmaceutical Experiments
With nations on the periphery of imperialism they are used by the imperialists for experiments in bioweapons and unsafe pharmaceutical products. Following the 2010 earthquake that hit Haiti the imperialists pushed a Cholera epidemic onto the population which originated in a UN ‘PeaceKeeping’ camp.
In the fall of 2010, months after a devastating earthquake struck Haiti, a new disaster began: a cholera outbreak that killed thousands of people and continues to sicken people across the country.
Experts determined that the source of the disease was a U.N. peacekeeping camp. And now, nearly six years later, the United Nations has admitted it played some role in the deadly outbreak. (NPR, U.N. Admits Role In Haiti Cholera Outbreak That Has Killed Thousands, August 18 2016)
As recently as 1989 the CDC conducted lethal experiments with a hazardous measles vaccine on black children in Cameroon, Haiti and South-Central Los Angeles, killing dozens of little girls before the program was abruptly halted.
“Researchers became concerned in 1990 and 1991, when data from studies in Senegal and Guinea-Bissau, and later from Haiti, suggested an increased death rate among female infants receiving the stronger dose of the E-Z vaccine.” (LA Times, CDC Says It Erred in Measles Study, June 17, 1996 )
Meanwhile the Polio vaccine caused an outbreak of polio in Haiti whilst in 4 African countries more children are being paralysed by the Polio vaccine than polio in the wild.
Four African countries have reported new cases of polio linked to the oral vaccine, as global health numbers show there are now more children being paralyzed by viruses originating in vaccines than in the wild. ( ABC News, More polio cases now caused by vaccine than by wild virus, Nov 25 2019)
With the defunding of the World Health Organisation under the Trump government GAVI has become the leader of ‘World Health’. With the fall of the WHO, GAVI rose to take it’s place.
It is succinctly put by Boris Johnson during his premiership as PM that “GAVI is the new NATO”.
GAVI is a Gates “public-private partnership” that essentially corrals bulk sales of vaccines from Big Pharma to poor nations. British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, only three month ago, proclaimed that “GAVI is the new NATO”. GAVI’s global HQ is in Geneva. Switzerland has given Gates full diplomatic immunity. It is this background of biomedical tyranny the Haiti and other imperialised nations are operating. For Haiti this culminates in the strange death of President Jovenal Moise by a team of elite, Colombian and American mercenaries with links to US intelligence.
Assassinated President Moises, An Opponent Of The WHO’s Vaccine Program
A spate of deaths in 2021 among African leaders who died suddenly after being critical of the WHO’s vaccination program sparked off speculation suggesting they were murdered to silence dissent. The phenomenom was so large that the British Medical Journal published articles trying to explain this trend.
African leaders who died who opposed the WHO’s vaccination measures were President John Magufuli of Tanzania (March 17, 2021), Prime Minister Hamed Bakayoko of Ivory Coast (March 10, 2021), President Pierre Nkurunziza of Burundi (January 8, 2020), and Madagascar’s popular, influential, and anti-vax ex- President Didier Ignace Ratsiraka (March 28, 2021).
In Kenya Stephen Karanja, the chariman of the Kenya Catholic Doctors Association – who had exposed the WHO’s stealth sterilisation program of 1 million Kenyans in 2014 by lacing vaccines with the birth control agent hCG – died of Covid in April 29 2021.
In October 2014, 6 additional vials were obtained by Catholic doctors and were tested in 6 accredited laboratories. Again, hCG was found in half the samples. Subsequently, Nairobi’s AgriQ Quest laboratory, in two sets of analyses, again found hCG in the same vaccine vials that tested positive earlier but found no hCG in 52 samples alleged by the WHO to be vials of the vaccine used in the Kenya campaign 40 with the same identifying batch numbers as the vials that tested positive for hCG. Given that hCG was found in at least half the WHO vaccine samples known by the doctors involved in administering the vaccines to have been used in Kenya, our opinion is that the Kenya “anti-tetanus” campaign was reasonably called into question by the Kenya Catholic Doctors Association as a front for population growth reduction. The British Medical Journal said the death rates of these leaders was seven times above the estimates for similar age and sex dmeographic.
putting the COVID-19 death rate at 1.33% among national ministers and heads of states—seven times above estimates of the world’s average for a demographic profile of similar sex and age average for the same period.(BMJ Dr Jean-Benoît Falisse, Why have so many African leaders died of COVID-19?, 29 April 2021)
And then points out this had a considerable sea change in public health of those countries and their attitude to GAVI and it’s vaccines.
The paper then turns its attention to the public health and political implications of the trend. While governments have measures in place to cope with the sudden loss of top officials, the COVID-19-related deaths have been associated with substantial changes in public health policy in cases where the response to the pandemic had initially been contested or minimal. Al Jazeera correlates the increase of gang violence with the death of President Moise.

So on the one hand US backed mercenaries murder the President then on the other hand the US demands colonial control of Haiti – due to the wave of social unrest and violence as a result of that assassination.
Rapes By MINUSTAH
Acting much like the US army (whether they be in Japan/Okinawa specifically or occupied Korea) the UN ‘peace force’ acts like an occupation army. Writing in response to MINUSTAH troops gangraping a teenager the Guardian asked “Is this Minustah’s ‘Abu Ghraib moment’ in Haiti?”

In 2007 100 Sri Lankan UN “peacekeepers” of MINUSTAH were sent home because they were found to be raping young girls. (BBC, Sri Lanka to probe UN sex claims, Nov 3 2007)
In 2005 MINUSTAH gunned down 26 people, including children, in the name of ‘fighting bandits’
Then the U.S. embassy started muttering about sending in the marines. At the beginning of June, James Foley, U.S. ambassador to Haiti, told AP reporters that MINUSTAH wasn’t doing its job. That’s about when, critics say, MINUSTAH started hammering down on the poor—in the name of killing off “bandits” and “gangsters.”
After the raid, outraged human rights activists began funding pilgrimages to Port-au-Prince to see the damage for themselves. They returned with eyewitness accounts and photos of dead children, igniting a nationwide series of protests. Kim Ives explains how these “bandits” are simply normal people fighting for social change in a country that has been turned into a corrupt petri dish of human experimentation, child and drug trafficking and Mafioso gangs in service of the United States.
“The revolution is coming from the streets of Haiti,” said Ives, “where there is an armed uprising, and they [the US] are presenting it as gangs. These wanton acts of violence are not accidental but US policy. The United States considers itself an occupying power in Haiti and MINUSTAH as it’s instrument of policy.
And make no mistake about it: the UN occupation of Haiti is really a US occupation – it is no more a multilateral force than George W Bush’s “coalition of the willing” that invaded Iraq. And it is hardly more legitimate, either: it was sent there in 2004 after a US-led effort toppled Haiti’s democratically elected government. Far from providing security for Haitians in the aftermath of the coup, Minustah stood by while thousands of Haitians who had supported the elected government were killed, and officials of the constitutional government jailed. After the 2007 incident of Sri Lankan the Sunday Times wrote
“UN’s Office of Internal Oversight Services (OIOS) has concluded that ‘acts of sexual exploitation and abuse (against children) were frequent and occurred usually at night, and at virtually every location where the contingent personnel were deployed.’” (Sunday Times, UN confirms sex charges, Mar 30 2008)
This occupation force is holding down Haitian development, raping her women and children is the goal of the occupation. To demoralise the Haitian people who have a fiercely revolutionary spirit and history. The dollar signs hanging over the heads of the humans in Haiti for testing of pharmaceutical products is enormous. As well as Haiti’s natural resources the United States wishes to seize.
Haiti Has The Second Largest Iridium Deposits
Haiti has the second largest iridium deposits. Iridium is a metal worth more than gold or bitcoin today. It’s resistance to high temperatures and corrosion makes it a perfect to manufacture aircraft engines, automotive catalytic converters, deep water pipelines, medical and electronic devices, spark plugs, watches and compasses.
The United States Resorting To Proxies In Haiti
The Proxy force in Haiti is being assembled in Kenya. A Country that has towed the line on US foreign policy in the United Nations is happy to act as a proxy force.
“Kenya has so far pledged up to 1,000 troops, while other nations are also expected to contribute funds, personnel, and resources. More Protests Will Erupt In Haiti
More protests will erupt in Haiti against the comprador government who welcomes these occupation forces with open arms. They will do little to quell the unrest and gangs, who undoubtedly are controlled by the CIA or US intelligence linked Mafia.
“The Haitian people have kept the bitter taste of a foreign force in charge of our situation: theft, rape, cholera, food dependence, deregulation of the economic system, without mentioning the fact that we don’t remember seeing then-gang leaders be arrested or rendered unable to do harm,” a Haitian think tank, Groupe de Travail sur la Securite (the Security Working Group), said in a statement last year. As US imperialism it declines it is forced into numerous retreats. It can no longer occupy Haiti as an outright occupation but has to delegate this occupation to proxy forces and lickspittle nations hoping to curry favour with US imperialism.
Patriotic forces in Haiti cannot be held down forever.
The question placed before the Haitian people becomes more urgent: “eke out a wretched existence as of old and sink lower and lower, or adopt a new weapon a new weapon-this is the alternative imperialism puts before the vast masses of the proletariat.” (Stalin, Foundations of Leninism)
